This policy covers personal information provided through Nexa Global Search’s website and remote recruitment support. Nexa Global Search is an independent recruitment and talent search network. Information you provide
- Candidate enquiries: your name, contact details, location, professional background, preferences, CV and any additional information you choose to submit.
- Employer enquiries: company and contact information, role requirements, job descriptions and optional uploaded documents.
- Contact messages: your name, email, enquiry topic, message and any optional attachment.
- CV and Job Match tools: extracted CV text and, for matching, the job description, job title and optional company name.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, provide recruitment or career support and discuss relevant opportunities. Candidate submissions include a required processing-consent checkbox. We also use limited technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse and apply daily checker limits.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing must rely on an appropriate basis such as your consent, steps requested before an agreement, legitimate operational interests or a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the request and jurisdiction. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already carried out lawfully.
AI assessments and browser storage
PDF and Word text is extracted in your browser. The checker sends extracted text, not the original uploaded file, to a third-party AI service through Lovable’s AI Gateway. CV text and saved assessment results are kept in session storage in your browser tab. Nexa does not save checker documents or assessment results in its server database.
AI providers process the text needed to generate an assessment. Their operational logging and retention are governed by their own terms; no zero-retention or training-use guarantee is made here. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. Checker scores are guidance only and are not hiring decisions.
Enquiry storage, email and sharing
Unlike checker uploads, files submitted with candidate, employer or contact forms are saved in private storage, and enquiry information is saved in our database. Team alert emails include submission details, file names and private download links that expire after five days. Link expiry does not delete the stored file. People holding a valid link can download the file, so it should not be forwarded unnecessarily.
Hosting, database, storage, email and AI service providers process information to deliver these services. Relevant information may be shared with an employer or recruiter to support an opportunity, subject to applicable privacy requirements and your agreed recruitment arrangements. Uploaded documents are not publicly listed.
Retention and security
Enquiry records, files and email copies are retained while needed to handle the request, provide agreed support or meet applicable obligations. A fixed organisation-wide retention period has not yet been confirmed. You can ask about retention or request deletion using the contact below.
Private storage, restricted data access and secure connections help protect submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep emailed download links private and do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary identity documents.
International processing
Nexa provides services remotely across international markets. Service providers or recipients may process information in countries different from your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant safeguards must apply. Specific processing locations and transfer arrangements can be requested from our team; no unverified certification is claimed.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Some requests may be limited by lawful retention obligations. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
Email help@nexaglobalsearch.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal records.
