How to make a request
Email help@nexaglobalsearch.com, preferably from the email address used for your submission. Use a subject such as ‘Data access request’, ‘Correct my information’, ‘Delete my data’ or ‘Withdraw consent’. This starts a request for review; it does not automatically delete records.
What to include
- Your name and the email address used for the enquiry.
- The type of submission: candidate, employer or contact, and its approximate submission date if known.
- The action you want us to take and which information it relates to.
- A preferred way to contact you if clarification is needed. Do not send passwords or identity documents unsolicited.
Verification and response
We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing, changing or deleting personal records. Requests are considered under applicable data protection law, including any required response deadlines. We will explain if clarification, additional time or a lawful limitation applies.
Deletion and consent withdrawal
A deletion request can cover saved enquiry records, uploaded documents and related information under Nexa’s control. Email copies, provider records or backups may require separate handling and may be subject to lawful retention obligations. Expiry of a download link does not itself delete its file.
Withdrawing consent affects future processing that relies on that consent; it does not invalidate lawful earlier processing. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or other lawful reasons. We will explain relevant limitations rather than promise immediate removal of every copy.
Checker information on your device
Checker CV text and saved assessment results are held in your browser tab rather than Nexa’s server database. Use the CV removal control where available, close the tab or clear the site’s browser storage to remove local session information. Browser session restoration may preserve data. Third-party AI service records are subject to the provider’s own processing arrangements.
Further concerns
If you disagree with how a request is handled, contact help@nexaglobalsearch.com for clarification. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
