Verify the sender
Recruitment scams can imitate businesses, recruiters and employer names. Check the full sender address, not only the display name. Nexa’s published addresses use nexaglobalsearch.com, but an apparent sender address alone is not proof of authenticity. Verify unexpected messages through a contact you independently find on this website.
Warning signs
- Promises of guaranteed employment or pressure to act before you can verify an offer.
- Requests for passwords, one-time security codes, cryptocurrency, gift cards or unexplained urgent payments.
- Requests for bank details or identity documents before the purpose and recipient are verified.
- Links to look-alike domains, unexpected attachments or a sudden request to move to an unverified account.
- Offers whose employer, role or employment terms cannot be confirmed independently.
Protect your information
Do not open suspicious attachments or share sensitive details with an unverified sender. Check any proposed fee or payment arrangement independently with our team; an email payment demand is not proof of an agreed service. Verify the relevant employer before accepting an offer.
Report suspicious contact
Email support@nexaglobalsearch.com to verify a communication claiming to represent Nexa. Include the sender and a description or screenshot with sensitive information removed. If you have sent money or disclosed financial credentials, contact your bank promptly and consider reporting the incident to the appropriate local authorities.
