CV assessments and job match scores are informational tools designed to support professional development and job search preparation. Scores are indicative and do not guarantee ATS acceptance, an interview, employment or selection by an employer.
Limitations of AI and document reading
The tools analyse extracted document text, not a full visual inspection of your original file. Tables, layout or other content may not be read completely. Scanned, damaged or protected files may be unreadable. Very long text can exceed input limits. AI can misunderstand wording, miss relevant experience or generate inaccurate suggestions.
A score is not a certified test, a verified ATS result or an employer’s hiring decision. Different job descriptions and document wording can produce different results.
Review every recommendation
Check suggested wording against your actual experience. Never add a qualification, skill, achievement or numerical claim simply because AI suggests it. Replace any suggested placeholder with a genuine fact or remove it. An apparently missing skill may be present under different wording; verify this yourself.
Processing and privacy
The tools send extracted CV and job-description text to a third-party AI service to generate the requested result. They do not save original checker files or results in Nexa’s server database. Browser session storage is used for your CV and saved CV assessment. See the Privacy Policy for enquiry-form storage, provider processing and your rights.

For unreadable files, incorrect results or technical problems, email support@nexaglobalsearch.com. Share only the information needed to explain the issue and avoid unnecessary personal data.
